I have a great suggestion for a YouTube video. Where can I send my request?

I would like to have Kim on my YouTube channel. Where can I send my request?

I have signed up to receive a troubleshooting guide or a download, but I did not receive it.

If you haven’t done so already, you may check your spam or junk folder. If you’re using Gmail, try and search in your social or promotions tab.

If our emails end up in your spam box, you can put our email address on your email server’s whitelist (=approved senders list), so that so all messages sent from TIG Academy reach the inbox.

Gmail  

  1. Click the settings button  in the top-right corner of the screen, then select “Settings” from the resulting drop-down menu.
  2. Navigate to the tab “Filtered and Blocked Addresses”.
  3. Select “Create a new filter” and type @tigacademy.com under “From”. This will tell Gmail to approve every message from TIG Academy.
  4. Click “Create filter”, then mark “Never send to Spam

Gmail – mobile app

  1. Navigate to Spam or Junk Folder.
  2. Click on the email of TIG Academy
  3. Select the option “Report not spam“.

Outlook

  1. Click on “Settings”, then “View all Outlook settings”.
  2. Go to “Mail”, then “Junk email”, and then choose “Safe senders and domains” or “Safe mailing lists” and + Add @tigacademy.com.

Outlook – mobile app

  1. Navigate to Spam or Junk Folder.
  2. Click on the email of TIG Academy
  3. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  4. Click “Move to focused inbox“.
  5. When the pop up screen appears, click “Move this and all future messages“.

How can I move TIG Academy’s emails from the Gmail promotional tab to appear in my inbox?

You can left-click on the email, hold on the email and drag it from the promotions tab over to the primary tab. Releasing the mouse will drop the email into the primary tab. Then click “yes” when Gmail asks if you wish to make the change permanent.

Or:

  1. Click on the promotions tab
  2. Click the Show Search Options in your Gmail’s main search field at the top of the page.
  3. Type @tigacademy.com under “From
  4. Click “Create filter” at the bottom of the search sheet, then mark “Never send to Spam
